Fees

Fees are collected from your credit card monthly in arrears via secure online payment. Upto 10 staff is a minimum charge of £10 GBP per month, there is then a reducing - sliding scale for larger users, please use our "How much will it cost me?" calculator to establish your estimated monthly cost - you may be pleasantly surprised, as even 100 users is only £63.50!

Whilst your number of users may fluctuate during any given month, we take your total number of users on the last day of each month and calculate your fee from this number. We believe this will balance the cost against the staff you newly add or delete during any month, and saves calculating costs on a daily basis. (Please be sure to run/download all necessary reports before deleting any member of staff).
